These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pitbullvibes.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

All products sold on the Site are custom-printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify, specifically for each purchase. Because items are made to order, slight variations in print placement, color, or fabric between the product photo and the finished item can occur — this is a normal characteristic of print-on-demand production, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through iCount / PayMe; card details are entered directly on iCount/PayMe’s hosted payment page and are never stored by us.

Order Acceptance

Your order is not final until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item becoming unavailable — in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders currently ship within the United States. Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees, since production is handled by our fulfillment partner.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and site content are the property of PitBull Vibes or its licensors. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitBull Vibes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
